All items will be shipped in a timely manner via UPS/USPS/DHL. You will automatically receive an email/text message with your tracking number when your order is fulfilled. Please remember to completely fill out each area in the checkout process. Please make sure to read the description of the garment you're purchasing to see if it's PRE-ORDER or PRE-MADE. Pre-order will take 3-5 to be prepared and shipped. Pre-made will take 3-7 business days to be shipped.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Orders:
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS ONCE THEY LEAVE OUR WAREHOUSE AND ARE IN THE HANDS OF THE PARCEL SERVICE. ALL CLAIMS MUST BE FILED WITH THE RESPECTIVE PARCEL SERVICE THAT IS DELIVERING YOUR PACKAGE.
Refund policy
All sales are final. We do not accept any returns or exchanges of any items unless we are at fault. If we are at fault, our team will help to resolve any issues. No cancellations after order submission.
